There are going to be much more players playing cod advanced warfighter then ghosts and the reason is battlefield 5 is not coming out this year. Last year there was gta5 online, battlefield 4. Destiny coming this year but i dont think its going to be a huge success if it same kind like halo games.

I hope they have done something about the servers when it launch, we dont want to see lag anymore.

I'd say it's because its 1 separate studio (Treyarch) that does our version's port every time. From the talks we've had with A_Trey_U and such, it seems that its a small team and since they do all of that for ALL of our versions, it takes extra time. Our version is probably not finished yet, and it will probably not be until that time that it will be announce - a sell-able product (however you may take that).

The only way you won't see lag anymore is if you stop playing online games. You'd be better off just accepting that online games will have lag, and making sure you do whatever you can on your end to help.

We have no idea on what game modes await us in AW. For the simplicity of this thread lets assume that Cod staples such as TDM, Dom, S&D, etc, are part of the mix.

Up for discussion:

What statistics should be included on scoreboards for various gamemodes ?

What statistics should be visible in pre-match lobbies ?

How various statistics should be compiled ?

How post match scorecards should look ?

How / If the use of statistics can affect the way Cod plays ?

It would take a month of Sundays to type out my views on all of the above. To be honest, my extended views are not what is up for discussion, I'd rather let this thread be a breeding ground of ideas . Feel free to go as detailed as you wish. Give examples and the reasoning behind it.

Swings and roundabouts. Exclusive deals are part of gaming. I wonder if Xbox peeps will get shirty over Activision giving PS the exclusive deal with Destiny.

If you are on PS Ghosts you can watch plenty of xbox YT and Streams to get a heads up on what to expect.
