i have this same problem too and for the love of all that is holy, I can't find the answer anywhere, I have the same everything as you except it puts me back 2 missions from Rise and Fall to hypocenter. I'm on Xbox One with the digital edition.

Secondary as Primary Weapon Option?
Does anyone else like the idea of maybe being able to take a secondary as a primary so you could have more attachments? I don't see what would be wrong with this because if secondary weapons really are worse like many believe than what problem would they have with you "handicapping" yourself by using a secondary as a primary? I really would like to be able to have 3 attachments on a secondary...

Event Name: Pedal to the Medal
Event Description: PVP, 3 star CC10 base receive 5 medals. 3 star CC9 base receive 3 medals. 3 star CC8 base receive 2 medals. Run this over the course of 2 days and medal bank total accumulates under event screen, claimed when event ends.
Extra Bonus: Accumulate 100 medals and multiplier X 2 on every additional base (cc10 -10 medals, cc9 - 6 medals, cc8 - 4 medals)
Why it works: encourages high activity of playing in 2 day window. Hard to exploit as 3 star not easy and centered towards higher level players CC8+ in which medals is biggest need. Activision wins as more skill points and possibly hero heals needed as reward only comes on a fully destroyed base. Would create excitement within alliance and veteran chat as players will boast about how many medals they have totalled, or their latest takedown. Players win, Developers win!

That would be kinda sweet. I love getting messages like "cheating mod controller c*nt" when I use an MR6 even just the ability to use two attachments normally without the need for a wildcard would be great. It's not like we'd be at an unfair advantage...

It refunds all of your Unlock Tokens and relocks everything. If you used tokens to unlock weapons, tactical gear, perks, etc, it will relock everything and "refunds" your Unlock Tokens. Yep, tried that once, too. Had to go through and reset all of my classes. I'm not sure why anyone would use that option. LOL.

If you selected refund right after you do a Prestige, then nothing will happen. When you prestige, everything gets locked back up and you don't have any tokens to start. That's probably why it appeared nothing happened.

That just requires that you turn it off, unplug it, wait a minute, and then start it back up. Same issue here, bought the Ultimate Warfare Edition of the game last night and am unable to use the DLC I paid for. I uninstalled the game, cleared the cache, and reinstalled it only to continue having the problem. The site here doesn't list the game itself so there isn't a clear path to getting help. Very disappointed
