Are you showing Nat: Open. ?? If not, look up port forwarding BO3 for your router. There is probably a youtube video to assist for your router.
Sometimes just unplugging and plugging back in your router will work.

I read the update notes. Not real sure what changed as far as networking but OMG! Beasting tonight and consistently. Tonight i finally felt like the kills and deaths were spot on. Not too many hit markers no insta deaths. I stayed out of core because of these things but wow WOW what a difference from this weekend. I did play alone instead of with clan mates so I think ill have a better idea how well the patch was but for now I can NOT complain about core, unless its dom, which has and always be sh&* especially with these small maps and even worse b flag obstructions.

Dav8or I did try the nat at mod and strict. Some lobbys you get that god connection and just melt people but must the time i cant connect to none of my clan members or play in there lobbys. I figured out the same thing, switched my run an gun game up to a LOSER CAMPING game lol
DarynAMonkey Gamer mode? what is that??? As specific as my post was, that is what you took from it, With owning a 8 grand tv and having a benq and samsung monitor gamer mode is gets turned on right after i turn the power button on.
the lag and none hit registering bullets has nothing to do with my settings (im pretty sure) this multiplayer is the biggest POS ever created. I was hoping the new update that was released today would fix this, but looks like it was not even issued =(
I have videos of unloading full clips into a enemies spine and they just turn around and kill me lol

I don't believe the update today should have changed the VMP. The update on December 9, however, nerfed the VMP pretty bad. It had already been nerfed previously, and they took it down another notch. I used it a bit this weekend, and I'd say it's still pretty viable as long as you use quickdraw, as the nerf was to ADS time.

Big boys out tonight.
I dunno if this had anything to do with the update but there were a lot of good players online tonight. I rock a mediocre 1.44 kd and play primarily TDM and there are the occasional 1.6-1.8 and that's cool. Tonight, man, I'm not being hyperbolic when I say every single lobby I played in tonight had 1 or more 2kd players in it. Something special going on tonight?

Where does this information come from, Activision themselves? This was found by Marvel4 in the game's fast files regarding tweaks in the latest hotfix:
"Rapid Fire (Pharo): Burst delay increased by 5.06%
Rapid Fire (XR-2): Burst delay increased by 3.41%
Rapid Fire (M8A7): Burst delay increased by 5.88%
Rapid Fire (48 Dredge): Burst delay increased by 11.11%"
Strange that the rapid fire burst delay has been adjusted if it supposedly doesn't affect burst delay anymore...

You'll still get a great experience either way if you enjoy the game, just in terms of what you are looking at, the PS4 does it better. Game is the same, graphics aren't.
For some it doesn't matter, but for others it does so it's up to you.

Multiplayer Music issue after update
I had the Multiplayer Music option selected to "None" and it worked perfectly before the patch. Now I constantly hear the map loading sound even when in game. It is very annoying considering almost everyone uses dead silence and having this map loading music playing all the time really distracts me. The only solution I have figured out so far is to completely mute all music fx, but it mutes the pre game lobby music as well. Please fix this issue. It was perfectly fine before the update. When the "None" option is selected for Multiplayer Music, it should be totally none, not this stupid map loading sound!
