I think he is talking about there being an option in the menu to turn off blood or something. some shooters have this but I don't see the point. What Equat Or needs to understand is that it is a violent game and the only way around it is to not buy it.
I'll accept it for what it is and call it a nice gesture. At least it shows that they haven't abandoned the game.

Nope... Not new.. You stated, and just re-stated, that the contents of SD's are/were not random and the dispersion rate was/is geared to give more SD's to weaker players.. This is simply not true... It has never been proven.. It is a false perception perpetuated upon the community thru mis-informed untruths and innuendo.
This is only pertinent to this OP because of the "trendy hate" that this false belief has developed.in some people. It would be trendy to hate COD for this reason with no actual evidence to back up said hate.. Don't take it so personal Kurt.. But your hate is trendy.. It may be real to you but until it's proven that the SD and ASD system is scewed it is a false emotion...
Stupid questions time:
How many CoDs have had a hardcore mode?
How many have used each system or another one?
If they were to fix the limitless ability to rejoin the same lobby, would TKing be a more useful solution than it has been in AW?

If you get kicked constantly then perhaps you need to reevaluate your play style . If someone were constantly kill themselves due to ricochet they should be kicked as well . Either way they are no a benefit to the team and should reevaluate playing hard core.
You are correct it is not a benefit to be able to kill your own team mates , nor is it a benefit to be able to kill yourself by shooting a team mate, that is why with either system if you are comstantly killing team mates or yourself via shooting team mates you should get kicked IMO.
Its hardcore and IMO too many want it softer .
This can be discussed all day and we will each have our own perspective on it . Some prefer one over the other plain and simple its a preferance.

Treyarch and Sledgehammer use tk ---- in BO2 they adjusted so that ai controlled streaks would not tk which many of us were thankful for hope they do the same for BO3
the ability to rejoin the same lobby is counter productive ,,,,in BO2 if people got kicked from so many games for tk they got a timeout penalty

I did say 'there are many things I do not like about this game' which proves I am not a fan boy. I also said 'don't take this the wrong way'. Obviously you did. I really never take what you say seriously, because your 2 months and 8 prestiges = close to zero real experience, especially since you could prestige every other day due to a glitch that was patched. You are a true hater of AW and you are the epitome of what this post is about. It is trendy to hate on AW. You admittedly say 'well GSS said this or that' without making a statement based on your own experience.
And if SHG comes out with a new AW with the Supply Drop System, I most likely wont be purchasing it. And guess what? I won't participate in AW2 threads because I have no place there being that I will not play that game unless there are some serious adjustments to the current system.

I'm not going to argue that you should buy a game whose features don't appeal to you. I thought the specialists were poorly balanced myself. The defensive/intelligence ones were very short-lived and required exact timing to be useful. some players were able to keep the offensive ones most of the round at times.
However, I think the idea that the specialists will help the weaker players more is backwards. If something helps a not-good player some, it will help a good player more, a very good player very more and an expert immensely.
I think I'll get as good at the game as I'm capable of regardless of who I play. The difference (other than my interest/commitment level) will be how much time I get to spend practicing the things I need to do to get better vs how much time i spend getting melted by people who have already done those things.
Multiple attacks from the same player are fairly common - somehow the search often offers bases you have already attacked and some players actively use this to strip out hangars and bunkers before going back to reattack the weakened base. Community opinion is split: I hate it, others like it and presumably use it to their advantage. At very high rep levels, it seems the number of players is small and finding repeat bases during PVP search is almost inevitable.
Another problem we all face is players who are ALWAYS " online or under a shield " and as yet there is no solution in sight. Is this the message you meant or does the Retaliate option return " This player is currently under attack " ? I have not seen this message myself, but if waiting 5 minutes and trying again persistently gives the same result then I agree that something is wrong.
The forum moderators say "name and shame" is not allowed ( see https://community.callofduty.com/message/415856151#415856151 ), so the best option if you are sure a player is cheating is to raise a report via > Help and Support > Report an Issue. Do this as soon as possible ( so replays are still available ) and include player user name, ID number and the date/time/time zone of the incident
So the tweak would be how many kick-for-TK do you get before it's not an accident anymore? If that number was set properly, I'd personally lean that way for HC to maintain the "difference"from core. That's my 2¢.
Removing AI steak's ability to TK makes sense in a way but I also get the argument that you shouldn't use something that you know will probably TK. I guess I don't really have a strong preference on that one.

Okay I understand now. I have little experience with the SN6. What you are saying is illogical right? SN6 is a SMG so why are you giving it the disadvantages of a sniper rifle? The disadvantage to using a sniper rifle in CQC is that they cannot strafe move or jump to the side these abilities are what the player with the SMG can do. Giving a SMG disadvantages that a Sniper rifle has just doesn't make sense.
let me put it this way, given the Disadvantages and Advantages of both sides. If both players are at medium range to each other. Both of equal skill, the SMG I believe would win. SMG players are able to move while they shoot ADS faster and fire as they go into ADS (firing while going into ADS not really to land Hipfire shots but you are basically already firing when you go into ADS which allows you to be even faster to land shots). while the sniper must remain still and ADS and then fire. So you have every advantage in this situation the only reason anyone would lose that fight to a sniper is either luck or slower reaction time.
It would be unfair to make every gun deal with the same disadvantages as a Sniper. Sniper OHK is slower and has 1 chance. With other weapons you can move jump drop shot strafe to avoid this shot.
I don't think range really has anything to do with balance. Shot guns don't shoot across the map purely because it wouldn't make sense, a spread shot does not get more accurate the further it goes. If balance was to be based around range. I don't think pistols should be shooting across the map either. With deadly accuracy.
