You deleted it ? Sure you did. Doesnt say "Deleted by Author" in the Inbox.
If there wasnt anything wrong with what you were doing then why did you delete it ? Why delete something that "isnt a violation" ? Scared ? Why would us acting as "forum police" have anything to do with what you were posting if there is no violation in it ? There is posts all over the internet how to do it so why did you delete it from this forum if there was nothing wrong with it ? Doesnt impress anyone that you know some other "secret way" to cheat the system that you dont want to share due to us "Activision fanboys", it just shows you know how to use the internet. Big deal.
We arent denying that they tell you how to share at Xbox dot com. At Microsoft they tell you how to SHARE on a console, they do not tell you how to EXPLOIT it. You are not understanding what we are trying to tell you. You cant differentiate between the two. Microsofts site tells you how to sign in on your console and make a console your home console it does not tell you how to have your friend sign in as you on his console , thus that is violation number ONE. Your friends console is not your console. When your gamertag is signed in then THAT gamertag CAN play content because THAT gamertag owns the content, THAT is NOT Theft. THAT is normal. When someone else signs in as you or you sign in as someone else those are two violations right there.
QUOTE from Microsoft "When you go to a friend’s house, you’ll be able to play multiplayer games on their Xbox One console, even if your friend is not a Gold subscriber. Once you log in with your Xbox Live Gold account, everyone using that console can access multiplayer games for as long as you’re logged in." NOT when a friend remotely signs you in from elsewhere. Thus if you are not there and a friend signs you in THAT is the first violation.
You dont need to post the other "bug" on here because its all over the internet. But exploiting a bug in the Marketplace is still theft. Exploiting bugs will still get you banned , whether its in a game or on the Marketplace.
Proof is in the chat with the MS rep I talked to. I can ask the same question and get the same answer every time.
Just cause you havent gotten banned yet doesnt mean its right to do, they just havent had anyone report you yet.
Stuff like THIS "I can make my xbox the home xbox and they can no longer use the content unless signed in as me." That is not a violation and is normal. Calling an Xbox your home Xbox is also normal and so is having Microsoft reset the counter. We arent stating THOSE are violations. You are arguing points which we dont disagree with.
