Best Buy should send out an email containing a beta access code within 24-72 hours. If you do not receive an email within that time you will need to contact Best Buy.

Hello I preordered black ops 3 and I got a receipt with the code later I put the code in the black ops 3 beta website with my playstation account and it sent I have been added to the beta and will receive and email later with a token but I still haven't gotten an email and I'm wondering if I did something wrong?

Can't Select A Country
When I log in to my profile it redirects me to a page saying I'm missing profile information and asks me to enter my country. However the drop down box has no options or countries listed. It just says "select a country". The same happens trying to access my account from either the call of duty or activision web sites. I tried accessing it from Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. I turned off all pop up blockers. I disabled my firewall. I bypassed my router and plugged right into the modem. I tried clearing all history/cookies/temp files. I tried accessing it from my phone. I tried accessing it from the browser on my PS4. Nothing works. It also says I need to re-verify my email address, however when I tell it to send a new verification email it just says "An Error Has Occured" and refuses to send one. There is literally nothing I can do.

I stand corrected. I forgot you need to pre-order to enter the beta. But it is not closed which was more of my point. Anyone that has $5 and has a bit of interest in buying the game or a friend with an extra token can enter. It's not limited and I bet there will be at least a million that do take part if not a lot more.
Bugs should be reported but also whatever feedback you wish to share. And I guarantee there will be a ton more data in the beta than last year and the year before that and the year before that etc... I know for a fact Treyarch is looking for more than just bugs. In a interview Vahn made it clear that that even the most used and least used guns would be important data to observe.
I acknowledge that this isn't a normal beta that is genuinely only to improve the game. It's to sell more pre-orders and market the game...... get the hype stirring. After all, how many maps are in the beta? Obviously not enough to find out of map glitches and things along those lines.
I can't talk about dedi's in the BO3 beta or the game itself. I can say that my connection has been great over the past two titles and predict I've been on a dedi since i've had no more than 10 host migrations since the launch of Ghosts.
But whatever, Treyarch has an extra year to spend making their game and the first beta in 6 or 7 years. No matter what they do... it will never be enough for some people.

Hey there. Did you make sure to check your spam folder for your token?
You can also return to the login redemption screen and making sure you used the same credentials login and check the status page.

Unfortunately, it sounds like it could be a connectivity issue, with many people trying to access the Beta it is causing a little strain. All I can suggest is that you keep trying, it shouldn't be a persistent error and it should eventually let you have access.

cool bro. the full price game that this is a "beat" for is not worth paying over $120 for (because you have to buy the season pass to get the map packs or else you're stuck with a smaller number of users ie non-map pack owners). You can fanboy it up all you want Stump, but I would think if they wanted feedback this would be of great concern to them. I have never had a game play this poorly. I have to reiterate that sometimes it's absolutely fine and plays great and I do really enjoy the game but the frustration and crippling of the gameplay by poor host selection or non-dedi servers is astonishing. Maybe you don't care if you play a good game, but I do. There is nothing fun about bogging down to 3 fps when an opponent enters your field of view. All I'm expecting is a reliable game that plays well during normal traffic times. I understand some lag when there aren't many people playing, or during high traffic times, but the amount of times I've been put in a match and had this kind of slowdown is shameful.
Like I said, I'm giving it the weekend before I decide, and I really love them game but 50% I can't play with it. It's like I'm buying a wife.
