I think it was put in on purpose, but maybe not supposed to be as effective as it was, and I assume they caught wind of the multiple flopping strategies and decided to nerf it.
Still bemused as to why it's even in the game if the wind flop does nothing!?

Does Treyarch even play their DLC maps to try and catch these bugs and glitches? or do you think they just push the map out without testing it out?
In your post all I read was that you don't like the b23r and kap cause they are to easy to use. That you like the 57 for its range, but the only other pluses you gave the 57 fall under the b23r and kap just as well. So you feel that purely because of the range this pistol has in HC that it is the best pistol?
I think best would fall under the strongest most effective of the class, and if you put a person with a five seven vs a b23r of the same skill I think the b23r would have them, with you being a much more experienced player you have your preference to avoid the image of using op weapons from the sounds of it which is fine and I agree it is more fun to play with a more difficult gun, but that is not to say which one is best though. Not dissin but try and take your level of play out of the equation. You said it yourself everyone can just pick up a b23r and go crazy with it so to me that sounds like it is the "best weapon" in its class compared to the others. Op and best are pretty much the same in my eyes in regards to cod.

I Agree with the kap =spray but the b23r is quite controllable the recoil is purely vertical so it makes it very easy to aim at the chest and let a burst rip and take the kill. You are arguing from the skill aspect where if you don't use this gun your not good the conversation here is about how the weapons stack up not how you perform with them.

I haven't been on BO2 for a couple days. GTA5 was in for a couple hrs last night. No GTA online till Oct. 1st. Still plenty to do as far as campaign.
I see your point and maybe I wasn't clear in mine. I actually like the B23, not a huge fan of the KAP.
My point was more that I truly do feel the Five Seven and Tac are the best pistols. They are both powerful and have good fire rate for those who can work that trigger. B23 and KAP are good as well, but I don't feel they are on the same level. They can make players look good, for sure because of the spray factor.
I guess I look at it this way...You are throwing tennis balls at me and I have a choice between a Tennis Racket and a Baseball Bat with which to hit them back at you. It would be pretty easy to get hits with that tennis racket, I'd still have to have good hand eye and hit the ball well to get speed or distance, but my chances of hitting the ball are pretty high. But if I choose the baseball bat.... I could potentially get more power and distance, at the expense of making it harder to hit. I might miss more than I make contact, but the results would be better.
That is how I feel about the Five Seven and Tac 45 over the B23 and KAP. Easiest does not equal best in my mind. They seem OP because they are powerful and easy to use, but I think in the right hands the Five Seven and Tac 45 are ultimately more powerful and accurate.

They are both helpful to the team. I one had far fewer deaths but they both contributed quite well to the team . One contributed more kills while the other contributed very few deaths. Hard to say who did better as it is a matter of perspective.

True. I don't like the "cover system" in COD. If it was like in Gears that should up the skill element to the game a fair bit. I've never really liked topics on skill because it's either a mud slinging contest or people can never agree on what constitutes skill. COD is easy to pick up but that doesn't necessarily make it dumbed down as the high end. I'd say COD has the least steep learning curve of the major shooters though. You can pick up and play and do reasonably well.
