Apologies up front because I havnt read your entire post. I will do so but want to reply while I have a second at work.
Judging from the guns you liked in past games I would maybe revisit the EVO. Possibly put a grip on it with a RDS. I use Fast Mags and Long Barrel.
I would also revisit teh Chicomb. I love it with burst fire and also use Fast Mags and Long Barrel with it. It rips. If you really hate the burst fire try the Select Fire Attachment and go full auto. I didnt really like it that way but it ha overall the fastest RoF and it seem you like high RoF guns.
Also try the Vector. It has a high RoF but not as much recoil as the EVO I believe.
Lastly what attachments do you already use? It would help in understanding your playstyle a little more and I might be able to help more. Of course I may be way off tho lol.

I go with Long Barrel and a Silencer when I dont run with Fast Mags. I would say I use the Silencer more.
