Re: Anybody else fed up?

One thing that I have been saying since I started noticing the advantages that 1 player has over another (MW2 it was host.. BO1-Present, it was Lag Comp), is that it doesn't have anything to do with the features that Call of Duty comes out with every year. MW2  (when I started), it was fast-paced and fun. BO1, they introduced a sort of character customization. MW3, scorestreaks. BO2, pick-10 system, scorestreaks, and DLC guns and camos.

As I just said, Call of Duty is never lacking in terms of new features. They are constantly changing the balance, introducing new maps, and implementing new features. But, all that aside. The features do ABSOLUTELY nothing if the game is unplayable at times due to lag or other uncontrollable factors. To date, I would say that BO2 is the best CoD to date. Is CoD:Ghosts going to improve the franchise? Yes - in terms of character customization and features. But in terms of the connectivity of the game? No.

And that has been my biggest problem with the franchise. I would love to be able to jump on CoD every day and play and enjoy myself. But the features mean nothing if I'm lagging across the map, or getting killed in .0001 of a second.

This is why I have decided to hold out from buying Ghosts. As I said before, it has never been a lack of features that has annoyed me with CoD, but rather the fact that the connection is so inconsistent and unfair.
