My thoughts are you will have to have PS Plus to play online with the PS4, where as you do not to play on the PS3. The counter argument is You can get PS plus on the PS3 Which is true. So the question remains open Will they have Ghost on the same server and allow us to play with people who cant get there hands on a PS4 right away? Chesty is correct, even though both the PS3 and PS4 use the same PSN so to speak, you can't see your PS3 Friends if you are logged in with the PS4 and visa versa.
