I'm not even going to bother playing on anything other than an LA server. Most of the time its decent but a lobby can go bad with a few Mexicans or even Hawaiians. Amazing that I'm steadily pinging 22ms to the server yet a yellow bar players from 1000's miles away can have an advantage.
Also don't forget about the tick rate of this game is 20. IMO that in itself is causing problems because the high player movement speed in this game.
I'm the only one of my friends that regularly plays this game anymore and I'm about done with it.
Pretty much what everyone has been saying up to this point.
As for the tick rates I am pretty sure that a few people already stated/ showed how you cant up the tick rates in this game.
