Dear COD Ghost support team,
Hello I'm from Portugal and buy yesterday the physical disc of Call Of Dutty Ghost for PS3 and I installed the game and the update with my 120MBits wired internet connection but I can´t play this game in any game campaign or multiplayer mode. When the game graphic starts the PS3 shut's down with 3 beep's. This situation only occurred with this game because I have many others FPS games like battlefield 4 and I have no problem's like this.
After that problem I visit many sites and's post's with similar problems and I perform the following procedures to try fix this problem:
- I check there's no scratches or smudges on the disc
- Delete Data Game
- Delete Save Game
- Rebuild PS3 Database
- Restore File System
- Restore PS3 System
- Restore Default Setting's
- Create a new PSN account
- Re install the game
- Re install pacth
- Exchange the disc game on a physical store and still append's the same problem with the new disc....
- Switch PS3 to another LCD screen
- I use another Internet wired connection
- I even speed up my PS3 internal fan
After that I have the same problem. I need to know if you have a future patch to resolve this problem or If you have the solution to fix the problem?
