I contacted the customer support and was told that people trying to glitch or hack the game is who this has been happening too, When I asked so playing split screen with another person is considered trying to glitch or hacking the customer service rep i was talking to got really defensive, When I had said i dont care if it is set back to thursday Feb. 6th around 10:00 AM Pacific time i was met with a I am sorry activision cant do that, so getting the run around and from the answers i was getting means these "investigations" that they are doing doesn't mean a thing. your account is screwed and you pick up from where your at, You would think we paid for the game a lot of people are paying for the season pass that Activision has our profile data on their servers and can look when given the day that the error had happened and correct the problem. Maybe this is activisions way of trying to drive customers to other games?
