I am confused at this point on what unlocks that uniform.
The Operation "Incog Master II" clearly states that it unlocks both the badge and the DEVGRU Sniper Basic Uniform.
I completed the Operation, yet did not receive the uniform...I also noticed that the uniform tells me that a DIFFERENT operation unlocks it...so...wtf?
I am pretty sure this is not localized to just this uniform or customization option...just the one i happened to notice.
