Are there any other ways to get the weaponized camo or the cyborg camo? I pre-ordered the game and bought the seasons pass and I've seen people using these camos. Is there any way to get them besides buying another version of the game? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Yep I can relate to this, although I'll admit i'm not quite smashing it like you but I rarely go below a 2.0 kd in tdm now but when everyone else on the team is going negative again and again its like meh.. I'm not good enough to carry a whole team on my own to the w 90% of the time so I just accept it now, do my best and have stopped looking at my w/l! Frankly the first 2/3 months of the game were so bad for me getting lobbies and when I did connection wise that I suppose I'm just grateful just to be able to play and not get smashed myself every lobby, if they really want to keep putting me on the side of the thumbless not much I can do I'd rather at least attempt to carry a team than be getting smashed myself believe me that's a lot less frustrating.

No worries, we all have questions when starting out!
Everything you find/craft/buy in the "regular world" can all be used in the Dark Zone. The only thing different there is you have a rank that's seperate from your level. When you earn XP in the Dark Zone it goes towards that rank, unlike in the rest of the world where it goes towards your level. You also earn a different kind of currency there -- instead of regular credits, you earn Dark Zone credits, and gear can actually be bought for much less there than in the rest of the world. Unfortunately you need to be level 30 to use much of the stuff you can buy there, and either rank 30 or 50 for some of the rarer stuff.
Anything you find/craft in the Dark Zone can be used everywhere too, as long as you have the right level/rank (much like weapons and gear you find in the rest of the world).

the problem is now that because Ghosts is cared about so little it now has many many hackers playing, so even if all of a sudden Activision decided to care about keeping their fans for repeat business instead of trying to sell as many versions of their games as possible dispite risking losing more and more customers with each release they wouldn't want to spend the time to secure their servers again.... The thing they don't realise is that the many people who I still play with won't even bother putting more money in Activision's pockets to buy the last DLC for Ghost's because of their abandonment nevermind being willing to buy other COD games.
