Well, I think I've clocked enough hours to give a cohesive opinion on this game. I will start with the caveat that I am neither a good, nor terrible player, and oh my God there seem to be plenty of terrible players!
This has culminated the "experience" of NukeTown into an entire game. Black Ops is having an identity crisis and I think Mum and Dad need to sit it down and have a talk to decide what it should be when it grows up. I think ADS is almost redundant at this; the solution get close, get in an enclosed area, open up without aiming while looking side-to-side, beats aiming 9/10 times even if the aimer takes initiative. If Black Ops III is going to take the more traditional deathmatch ethos from such classics as Doom, Quake or Unreal Tournament, it should go all in, get rid of ADS with maybe the exception of sniper rifles, all in, all speed. I think the perfect balance was struck with Black Ops II between speed of play and skill. Don't get me wrong, this game has some cool ideas and some nice maps but the greater design sacrifices, skill.
Also, why does every character look like they've been designed by a five-year-old?
Anyways kids, have fun, take it easy, turn off aim-assist, set your sensitivity to something lower than 10, see how you get on. Think I'ma take up Rainbow Six: Siege.
