Hey there,

Sorry to see you are running into that ABC Error. What platform are you on and how long have you been seeing that error? Also, where exactly are you getting that error and does it stop you from playing the game at all? Have you tried doing a reset of your network by unplugging your modem & router for 45 seconds each? After doing that make sure to do a hard reset of your console or Steam (if you are on PC) as well before trying Black Ops 3 again. Lastly, if you are still running into that error after all of that test your connection to make sure that there isn't anything interfering, like a firewall or anti-virus program. You may be able to improve that connection by opening up ports to Black Ops 3, as described in our Port Forward and NAT FAQ. Take a look at all of that and let me know. Thanks!

cant even advance campain.  after the second mission where you train your new abilities, after the second act where you hack the door and robots come out then you start having flashbacks,

the game ends and try to load act 3 "the train"  but the loading gets stuck and never ends. been like this 3 days now i can not advance. never got any replies from any supports activision pages. and no fix been done yet.  (the spinning blue / white bubbles loading screen)

 

what am i supose to do? remove 43GB and re-install 43GB ?  no ty

 

theres goes my 114$...

ill contact microsoft for a refound. this game is rushed, un-tested and isnt worth 100+ bucks.

Are you both signed in to two different Xbox accounts or is the 2nd player playing as Guest? The game doesn't allow Guest accounts to play and in order to play Split Screen, both players must have their own accounts in the console and sign in to their accounts.

¿Está usted y su amigo sesión en dos cuentas diferentes? Usted y su amigo debe tener su posee cuentas en la consola y firmado en cada una de las cuentas. El juego no aceptará cuentas de huéspedes en pantalla dividida.

Check if you can download the Giants map in the ingame store. If it's downloaded and installed, the Season Pass is working. If you can't download the Giants map, uninstall the game and all the contents by deleting it in the System Storage Management of the PS4 and then reinstall it. It should download the contents and the Giants map.

Check if you can download the Giants map in the ingame store. You can also check if the Season Pass is showing as purchased in the ingame store. If you can download the Giants map, the Season Pass is working. There's no DLC maps available for the Season Pass yet since the DLC map packs are not yet available but when they are released, you'll be able to download them.

There's currently no way to restore stats in MW3. I tried requesting it with the chat agents but they were not able to restore my stats.

since there has been a lot of talk about the idle kick I think that they should fix ghost to always keep you hidden from UAVs and not only when your moving. because again they are only trying to promote one style of play which is running and gunning. Why can't I play the way I want I paid for the game just like everyone else.

ebay is not one of the participating stores that are selling the game. You may want to check the region code with PSN. Region codes are usually printed in the spine or side of the disc case. For US, it should state a CUSA ##### or something. Check what region code is printed there and have it checked with PSN Support to see what region it is. You'll then need an account under that region to redeem a code for the contents to work. I would advise to use your UK account though and purchase a UK version of the game instead of creating a new account.

Try a direct wired connection instead of wifi. Then, wait for the download to finish before playing the game.

Salut. Essayez une connexion filaire depuis votre console directement au routeur. Vous pouvez également essayer de réinitialiser votre modem et le routeur avant de jouer et de débrancher les autres périphériques connectés à votre réseau.

Sorry to hear about your issue with the stats being copied. What's your Prestige and rank before and what's your Prestige and rank after? What console are you using?

You can only get a refund from a company you paid money to, i.e. "funded".  Unless you paid Activision directly for your copy Activision can't give you a refund.  Electronic media return policies like you describe from the retailer are pretty standard.

It is the hardware, especially when it's over 10 years old and severely outdated for the standards set forth by the main developers.  That's why Treyarch refused to work on last gen.  However, since Activision demanded a last gen version to be released, they hired an unknown company to do the work and used the assets given to create an inferior port.

 

In other words, you're lucky to even get a last gen version of the game in 2015.  Your luck will run out though, because the next COD game will not be on last gen at all.  I would highly advise you to get the Xbox One/PS4 version of the game.  Believe me, it's worth it.

Ok so this weekend a friend and I were playing split screen.  The game crashed when we logged back on he had the same account as me Stats,guns things like that his blackmarket camos are still his but everything else is just a copy of my stats my lvl my presteges etc when we look at leaderboards hes stats are what they was how do we fix this can we fix this?

To suggest a more balanced team matchmaking, you're invoking the rage of the community.  The community only wants unfair matchmaking so they're more likely to stomp on young bloods, especially when they're grouped up and devoid of bad teammates.  Any attempt to suggest why fair matchmaking is beneficial will result in excuses, such as connections being hindered by SBMM (without evidence to support it and there's even evidence that refutes the claim entirely), how the game is no longer "fun" because of how sweaty they have to play, and more. 

 

In other words, if you cut off the community's supply of fresh noobies, there will be symptoms of withdrawal.  It's like trying to kick a junkie's drug habit by making them go cold turkey.  It will not end well (and some sneak in those drugs to keep their habit fresh i.e. using God Accounts in AW to cheat).

So why is it other people seem to be able to play? The 360 is running this game all over the country. 10's of thousands of copies. Are you telling me I'm the only one voicing up about a problem that 10's of thousands of people are also having?
