Is the ps3 standalone guitar sold separately?
After searching all I could find was the xb1, 360, and PS4 standalone guitars, so i assumed the PS4 would work for ps3 since there wasn't much info on it, and no store seemed to carry a ps3 guitar. Of course it didn't work, will Activision accept a return, or offer at least the ps3 usb dongle? Is there anyway to get one?

I agree completely with the OP. I have played HC for years and I really hate when I need to play Core for whatever reason. I can still play at a high level on Core but I definitely drop off a little. I like to rush and I usually pull up and hit first, therefore I do very well in HC, but Core I have to keep shooting them and it really pisses me off. Nothing worse than pulling up and hitting the opponent first and losing the battle.

I think a grip is key for core. I always run no grip in HC because you only need a couple bullets, but in Core, you need the grip to keep the reticle on target for a sustained burst.

1) For actual contact with Activision, try Twitter or Reddit for faster responses to some issues. The support group from this site is probably swamped. If they can actually answer someone's question about a code for Nuketown or how to download the Season Pass or something it'll receive higher priority than a canned apology to your rant. Specify your actual question or concern that they can do something about and you've got a better chance.
2) Yep, the last-gen port isn't very good. Search for some threads and you'll see you're not alone in this feeling.
3) Yes, you are expected to buy a new game for another system. This isn't news. It's normal in the video game world. It was only during the release period of the PS4/XB1 that anyone offered upgrades to new system versions for any game recently.
4) The current gen systems haven't been broken yet. The cheats you're seeing on 360 won't work. This is one reason stats don't transfer.
5) There was (is, really, at any given time) an influx of spam from Korea going on in the site. Everyone is getting moderated, not just you.

If you get the PS4 and get this game for it, you will love it. I play on PS4 and rarely have any problems with it. It is by far the best game since BO2.

First off you should be thanking them for even releasing it on old consoles. The next COD won't even be on them as with each year there is more content added and this coming up COD will be the third year the current gen consoles will be out. I would hardly call a THREE YEAR OLD console "new". Average lifespan for consoles are in the 6-7 year range which would mean that the current gen consoles are at their 1/2 way point.
Also going into release it was widely known that servers would be barely existent on last gen consoles, and the campaign mode wouldn't be available. Why would a company that put so much time and effort into a CURRENT GEN GAME have to pay an entirely different team to make everything watered down for older gen consoles? If you don't like paying for DLC now, if the company had to do what you propose, the map packs would be $20-$25 each.

Try this: Go to the PS Store on a computer,
1) Make sure your account is the primary on the new PS4 and that your old PS4 is deactivated from your account if you aren't using it anymore.
2) Go to your Download List or Download Queue, find the items you need to download, probably starting with the Season Pass if you already installed the game.
3) From the Download List or Download Queue, instruct the items you're looking for to download to your PS4.

nuketown was great when it started, but now its exploit heaven for cheaters. They should have just stop recycling that map period.. they need to put a time limit on uplink on the carrier so it will go back to were it was after x amount of time if not score in a timely matter. This will force the game to end quickly.. Secondly find those that are exploiting the system, reset and ban them for months.. ban there consoles if you need to because you know they are cheating on other games as well. Truth be known its uneducated unemployed adults that are doing this..

Yea you really cant complain about the game not being as good on the older gen machines. I can see where it sucks to spend the money on it and it doesnt work but you should know that you are going to get the bare essentials for older gen.

Challenge bugs?
having problem with completing challenges, example cerberus is standing on 9/10 and i have killed over 90 with it.. Same with lightning strike, raps! no patch have fixed it yet.. Come on...

When does a strategic player become a camper?
Let's open this can of worms, shall we. I call my self a strategic player. I try to hold an area and control avenues of approach. I don't sit in a corner and wait for someone to run by. I move around the area and I know that I will most likely get killed eventually. At what point do you become a camper. I don't run around the map and relish feeding on those who do. I have been called a camper by many who get a bit upset when I continually kill them from different spots in the same area. Unlike my less than active players (campers), I have a plan an know where I will fall back too in a fight. I can be beaten but you need to stop and think before you come back at me.

For some that play this game, anyone who kills them is a camper. I had a 24-2 game last night against a full clan (my team lost) . After the game they were all talking crap. It's just how some people are.

There is no way to do just a LAN game. What you will have to do is invite him to your game via steam and then start a custom game. I'm not sure if there is a player minimum or not but if there isn't thats how you can do a 1v1.
