Headshots I believe, dont quote me, have a damage multiplier of 1.1x. So this damage multiplier wont really have an effect up close, but at long range it helps a wee bit.
This also prevents the melting headshot affect as seen in previous CODs.

looking for ps3 ghosts clan
im on most nights after about 11 or 12 until late in the morning.
I have a mic but rarely like to use it.
im not sure how to get a k/d ratio rating, but suffice it to say 8 times out of 10 I kill more than die.
ill be honest, im not really sure how a clan works. but if I get into a good one, im definantly a loyal player.
more deets,
im best with sub-machine gun and assault rifles, however I can play a pretty mean game with lmg's and sniper rifles.
pistols suck.
cant use a shotgun to save my life.
so if someone is looking for a new member to help a clan more than hurt it, im game.
may just need a few pointers on clans.

DSR-50 with Iron Sights in Multiplayer, please!
Okey first thing first, yes there are already iron sights for the Ballista in multiplayer, but i don't think the ballista is a very gold gun, and i know many people agreeing with me. The DSR feels so much better when using it than the ballista. It just feels more solid and deadly. The Ballista is not like that at all. It is light, it sounds not that great, and i just don't like how it looks and feels compared to the DSR. So what i wanted to ask is, why can't you put iron sights on the DSR in multiplayer, too? I personaly don't think that it would be op. It is such a slow weapon, the aiming time is insane, and if you look at the MORS from Advanced Warfare, it also has iron sights and it's not op. I wouldn't even have a problem if the iron sights would reduce the damage, i just want a DSR with iron sights because sometimes the zoom of the ACOG is just too much. And the iron sights would look cool as ****! Again, i don't mind if the damage would be reduced so that is is just a slower Ballista. But the DSR just feels way better than the ballista does. And i also think that we need at least something, after the DSR got even slower than it already was.

these should definitely be made available in local / offline matches. for testing purposes at least. i have noticed that if you restrict weapons to only assault rifles & smgs, except the BAL & K5, the bots will be using variant weapons
