Yes I like cookies but no you are not just wondering why you would decrease the rate of fire on the snipers. You coupled it with the 870 having too much range. That is the whole of your arguement as presented. Now if you'd like to change your arguement to only be about decreasing the rate of fire on the snipers and leave out the rest, I would be happy to discuss that as well.
The reduction of fire rate in the snipers was to reduce the feeding opportunity for the DSR mainly given that it has a rather large hitbox and the Ballista was reduced only slightly. Personally, I didn't have a problem with either weapon as was. However, there is a rather large community rejection towards QSing being so easy and this is what the devs decided to do to address the obvious imbalance (compared to how all of the other weapons are restricted) in the snipers. Again, this change wasn't needed in my opinion and it did nothing to alter the ease of QSing. So I wouldn't have bothered with it. All that being said, the DSR and Ballista are still very deadly weapons in the right hands and the nerf isn't worth worrying about unless you make you living off of feeding montages.

The complaints you are raising in this thread were asked and largely answered all the way back in January. Sorry, but I had to do it. 
But on a real note, to say "everyone" is wrong. I like both and always have. But I've also never been one of these fps players who are limited to just one game. In my opinion, it takes more gamming skill to be able to play multiple games and still do well in most.

theater mode BUG
okay so i just finished a game on meltdown and i wants to save the clip but when i go to theater mode i can only view the half of the film the rest is gone and i'm a pc player with a super pc so it isn't the pc. any suggetions what i could do to get the rest of the clip?

They'll lock this one too for the same reason that they gave you for locking the other one. Bans cannot be discussed on the forum. It's against the forum rules. You don't have to like your ban but you do have to live with it. They won't be restoring anything that they've wiped out. Next time do a better job of researching the things that will get you banned and don't do them.
