I know how you feel about this, Bro. As far as I know, bans are final and irreversible. You can't do anything to unbanned your account. You might violate the Security and Enforcement Policy of the game. Black Ops 2, Activision Support Ghosts, Activision Support
Add to that, Bans are not permitted on this community forums, Community Forum Etiquette and Guidelines
Also for refund, I believe you need to contact your retailer about that.

I don't get it. Why list the game that you're playing as Advanced Warfare when you're playing Black Ops II? Is it for viewers or something?

My ten year old son was very excited about this new Skylanders game. He purchased it with his own money and dove right into it. But it keeps freezing-up at the same exact spot on the same level. I've removed the disc and wiped it off. There are no marks or scratches at all (I took it right from the case after we opened it and put it in the Wii). Our Wii is up-to-date on firmware. This is extremely frustrating.

I dont get it either. Poor excuse of marketing themselves I suppose. Their plan must be that somebody will click on them because of the title, but continue to watch them play another game.

No reason and no answer by @IWEnforcers, report@infinityward.com or someone else.
Did you get any answers? Did you try to call them in Encino CA, it seems to me that this Infinity Ward is no longer existing and some kind of skynet **** do the job random...so at last all got banned and have to by CoD AW :-/

Thanks, I will call them later today. I would hate for this dual day approach to be what drives me to digital purchases only, because I love the trade-in freedom of the physical disk.
Best Buy is giving me $20 for my ghosts disk (have not played in 10 months) and $15 for my Titanfall disk ( played it for the first month then that was it)
I would feel short changed if I had to wait until the regular monday store hours.
you are not going to get banned for playing the game early with a legit disk I have been doing this since I became a retailer. The only way to possible get banned is if you go to streaming early game play with the game not out
