@Rogue - Were the rumors actually based on any evidence or was it like that "Hawkeye gets killed in AoU" rumor that people made up just cause Clint doesn't have a solo movie? There's a lot of crazy rumors out there and they're often based on nothing, ya know?
@Iron - Haha, I was speaking more from a storytelling perspective that you don't wanna do the same "good guy turns bad except they actually didn't" story twice within an episode of each other so I'm assuming there has to be some major differences with what is planned for Simmons and what happens with Bobbi. Since Palicki said Bobbi has been working with SHIELD, I think it's likely Simmons isn't with SHIELD or they'd risk retreading the same story (albeit with very different people).

Why I am buying this game.
Why I am buying this game.
There are a lot of people who are on the fence about Advanced Warfare and I understand why. The game is going in a new direction with this exosuit movement. Also, Call of Duty Ghosts left a bad taste in some players mouths. Despite that I am more than willing to give Slege Hammer the benifit of the doubt. This is their first COD game and they have had 3 years to put it all together. Hopefully they will get it right. Here are some of the things that are drawing my attention in on it.
The Pick 13 system:
One of the biggest selling points for this game for me was this class building system. I really liked call of duty Ghosts as a game in the way that it played, but I didn't care for their creat a class system. I firmly believe the pick 10 system from black ops 2 was the best that the franchise has had to date. I respect Sledge hammer for bringing that system back and expanding on it. I also the like build point that the score streaks can now be traded in for some additional allocations on your class. I play this game more agressively than I should and sometimes I don't live long enough to earn the higher streaks. So, it's nice to be able to trade some of them in to get another advantage.
Split Screen:
A lot of online FPS games are moving away from allowing split screen in online play. It's less taxing on the system resources and save some on the development curve. However, it is a feature I look for when I am trying to choose an online shooter. My brothers are not COD players on a regular basis. But they are home occasionally and they are willing to join up with me usually once a week for a few hours.
Having split screen allows us to play together without having to buy a second console, game and online account. They probably wouldn't join me if they had to buy all of that. Also, they copy my character and use my unlocks so they can play with some of the advanced weapons and perks without having to sink countless hours into the game. I know a lot of players don't like playing split screen. But it is a feature I look for in an FPS.
Secondary Weapons:
I know this is a private prefernece issue, but secondary weapons are one of the things that makes or breaks a COD game for me. Pistols are a part of most of my classes. I prefer to gear my primary weapon for middle range out and rely on my side arm for closer quarters in most cases. From what I have seen there is a nice selection of handguns available in this game and that is always a selling point for me. The secondary weapon selection was one of the things I disliked about Ghosts.
Ghosts had pleanty of decent pistols, but their other secondary weapons were pretty useless. The launchers had very limited ammo and were not particularly effective at their intended role. We also didn't have a lock on antiair launcher availalbe unless you wanted to run support streaks. Advanced warfare seems to have remided both of these problems. Also, I was excited to see them bringing back the cross bow. I know it's a novelty weapon to most players. However, in black ops 2 it was my favorite sniper rifle.
Overall, the game looks like a solid entry in the franchise. They are lacking a decent coop mode like zombies or extinction. However, the multiplayer looks solid and I am looking foreward to playing it on Novemember 3rd. Hopefully a lot of you will be joining me.

I know they probably wouldn't go for it, but it would be nice if we could upload our own hand-drawn images for emblems instead of fudging around with the editor . Some folks might have really nice action photos from die hard they wanna use, and others, like me, can draw something badass to throw in there.

Well, the rumors were partially based off people just thinking there were more sciencey people than the team needed and not enough shooty/punchy people, but that scene I mentioned with Fitz asking Simmons about Hydra did feed the fire a bit, so they weren't going off of absolutely nothing, at least. It would seem weird to have that scene lead to nothing, you know?
But I watched the clip, and I'm really not sure what to make of it. Simmons seems genuinely happy and not worried about Fitz or anyone from SHIELD, which probably wouldn't be the case if she was undercover. But she also seems uncomfortable with the situation when she talks to her boss, and you get the shot of the Hydra logo, so it's really not too clear yet. I guess that's a good thing, though, since it should just make the episode more interesting.

There is no such thing as a "flawless" server hit detection. No server, whether it be P2P, listen, or dedicated, will not have 100% error free, lag free detection. No online game ever will. Even LAN has a wee bit of latency to it, though barely if at all noticeable.

looking for clan (Xbox 360)

I was referencing a different thread where he was arguing with me because I said that most players prefer other CoD games over Ghost and supplied an ign poll on the best CoD. In that thread, he refused to supply any evidence. He constantly tries to dismiss what people say because it is opinion so I was pointing out the irony of him responding with an extremely opinionated post.
To answer your question, I am good at both, but would say that I am better at BO2. It is also worth noting that I have not reverted back to Black Ops 2. I actually have been playing CoD 4, BO1, and Destiny lately. I see what you're saying about people wanting to play games they are good at, but I think that argument leaves out the fun aspect of the game. I don't play Ghosts often because I don't have as much fun on it. For me, it doesn't really have to do with how well I do. I would say that I had the most fun on CoD back when MW2 came out and I was pretty bad. The fun for me was learning the game and getting better.
