I would not suggest that, doing so could fall under "marketplace theft" and can get you can get banned from XBL. The have IP tracking which could instantly ban you. I am sure the first thing MS will think IS Marketplace Theft.

EDIT Sorry I should have said it can lead to a console ban.

The problem to this is that i am not going to record all the cheaters i encounter as that would mean buying MORE equipment spending MORE money on this game which quite frankly is not worth it ( And as in your experiences it does nothing to resolve the matter it would be MORE money wasted )

I simply expect all the people who work in all the departments that maintain, improve and regulate the online feature of the game, to do this them self and stop all these hackers to improve the game play of the honest players, really all they are doing is shooting themself in the foot as i won't be buying any more Call Of Duty games as i am simply fed up

something should really be done in favour of those who are at loss with a game they simply can't stand to play anymore
